The State-wide Equipment Program (SWEP)
The Statewide Equipment Program (SWEP) in Victoria, Australia, offers financial assistance for wigs and hair pieces to adults and children, with permanent or long term hair loss due to medical conditions or disabilities.
SWEP is a subsidy-based scheme. This means they do not fund the full cost of every item and you must be a Victorian resident.
